Yes, Kensington Woods has a dedicated maintenance team that supports the community. Our team is available to address routine maintenance requests as well as emergency repairs, helping ensure your home remains safe and comfortable.

No, you do not need to be present for a service technician to complete a maintenance request. When submitting your request through the RentCafe portal, you can give permission for our maintenance team to enter your apartment. If you prefer to be home during the repair, you can indicate that in your request and we’ll do our best to coordinate a time that works for you.
Subletting is not permitted at Kensington Woods. All residents must be listed on the lease agreement, and any changes or additions require prior approval from the leasing office.
